Perhaps. Are you looking for a modern space in a quiet neighborhood in north Milan? This studio is on the ground floor, but the street is private and fairly peaceful.

You’ll be living in a completely renovated flat with AC. The kitchen is amazing with a wood counter, pull-out table, and modern conveniences. The bathroom and living area are gorgeous.
We think this is great for people who want to be away from downtown. It’s a calm neighborhood filled with parks. Supermarkets are close. There are a few bars and restaurants nearby.

But you need to know this...
- There is a cool, but narrow staircase to the sleeping area – no problem, right?

This is a ground floor, studio apartment on Via Luigi Caroli in Milan. It has a chic kitchen with modern conveniences. There is AC, a living area, and a mezzanine-level sleeping area.
It’s ideal for quiet folks who like a ground floor studio. The neighborhood is residential. There isn’t a lot of noise on the street. Try local restaurants. Shop for food around the corner.
