Landlord policies

    • If you dont have a valid credit card you can pay in cash, however there is a fee for early check-outs: €15 from 08:00 to 12:00 / €20 from 07:00 to 08:00 / €60 before 06:00
  • Bills:
    • Building fees: included in rent
    • TARI (refuse collection tax): included in rent
    • Utility bills are included in rent, however there is daily limit on consumption.
    • The landlord will check the consumption at the end of the stay and in case of excess it will be charged as follows: €0.50/kWh (electricity), €1/mc (gas).
    • Check-in cleaning, assistance and Wi-Fi included in rent

    • Check-in Monday - Sunday: 15:00 - 21:00
    • Late check-in 21:00 - 00:00: €30
    • Late check-in 00:00 - 08:00: €60
  • Final cleaning fee:
    • The final cleaning fee will only be included if you use the apartment in a proper manner.
    • There is a fee of €30 if you dont follow these rules: leave the apartment in good conditions (floor, furniture, etc..) / leave kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and dishes and tableware to wash) / dispose of trash.
  • House rules:
    • Smoking is not allowed (not even with the windows open, including electronic cigarettes)
    • Any kind of drug is forbidden
    • Small-sized pets are welcome if it has been previously agreed with the landlord
    • Overnight stays are not allowed
    • Parties are not allowed
