A cozy studio apartment offering a stylish and modern living space. Amenities provided include 1 bathroom, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a flat screen TV and a washing machine. This interior apartment has a floor area of 30 sqm and enjoys an unbeatable central location in Via Pergolesi, a lively street in the neighbourhood of Porta Nuova, the business district of the city. Milano's central station is right next to the apartment, providing access to regional and international trains, as well as the local metro, bus and tram networks. The airport bus also stops there, with regular services to both Milan Malpensa Airport and Milan Linate International Airport.
What we liked the most
- This snug apartment has been thoughtfully equipped to provided tenants with all that's required for a comfortable stay, while still providing an open and clutter-free living space.
- It consists of one spacious main room where you will find a double bed, the kitchen and a comfortable living area with a double sofa and a TV.
- There is a dining table for 4 people and also a small walk-in closet with shelves and space to hang your clothes.
- This home is silent as it doesn't face the street. It was 3 large windows which let in good natural light.
- The modern bathroom has tiles in both the floor and the walls, creating a clean and sophisticated look.
- The apartment has central heating and air-conditioning.

- The kitchen doesn't have an oven but there is an electric stove with 2 elements and a microwave.
