Ristrutturato nel duemila e venti compreso gli arredi, luminoso, e sito in una zona molto servita di attività commerciali, a circa 30 metri dalla metropolitana che porta in tutta la città e ad anche fuori, la casa e posta in un quartiere vicino al centro.
La casa si adatta perfettamente per una persona, se nel caso soggiornasse una seconda persona per emergenza sarà accettata gratuitamente per una notte dopodiché pagherà una diaria di 14€
Mentre per una terza persona la diaria sarà di 30€ a notte .
