A design-led studio apartment, beautifully decorated using mainly white furniture and accessories, creating a very clean and refined look. This small 35 sqm flat makes very good use of the existing space to create a fully functional home. With one double bed and two bunk beds on offer, this home can comfortably sleep up to four people. This stunning home is located on via Privata Maria Teresa, in the neighborhood of Corso Magenta, right in the centre of the city and within close proximity to all major landmarks.
What we liked the most
- All beds can be put away when not in use, freeing space and decluttering the room.
- The double bed can be hidden away by the touch of a button, by using a remote control.
- There are two bookcases where you can keep your books or take advantage of the space to add your personal touches by displaying photos or other decorations.
- This apartment is silent as it faces a very elegant interior courtyard rather than the street.
Things to keep in mind
- Don't be fooled by the size of the kitchen, as it is surprisingly well-equipped for its small size, including having an electric stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine which is also a dryer.

The English speaking landlord doesn't live on the property. As the landlord requires a two-month deposit, besides paying one month’s deposit to Spotahome, which will be transferred to the landlord, you will pay an additional month’s deposit upon signing the contract and then the current month’s rent upon check-in into the apartment. Rent should be paid by bank transaction.
