This is a very cosy ground floor studio apartment close to the Politecnico di Milano, located on via Filippino Lippi, just a few minutes away from the metro station that will get you into Milan's city centre. This apartment can be rented by two people as there are twin beds available. The entire apartment is fairly compact, but very comfortable. It's ideal for students as it has a large wardrobe, a microwave and a fridge, so you can prepare quick and simple meals while you focus on your studies. As another bonus point, the apartment is also near the student-filled Citta Studi neighborhood - you'll also find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the area, along with metro and bus stations. The area of the apartment is 25m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a large front room, which can be a perfect place to hang out with your guests.
- It's located just a 10 minute walk away from Politecnico di Milan - what an ideal location for a student who doesn't want to worry about a long commute to classes.
- The bathroom is very spacious and also comes with a typical bidet!
- With the university located nearby, this area is full of students which creates a vibrant atmosphere. We're sure you'll never have a boring day!
- Wi-fi is already installed

- Although this apartment doesn't have a fully equipped kitchen, it does come with a microwave, a fridge and a kettle.
