This practical studio apartment for rent is located on Via Avancini Avancinio, just moments away from Piazza Abbiategrasso, a home to a metro, a tramway and a bus station. The Chiesa Rossa neighborhood is full of bars, restaurants and parks - we can guarantee you will never get bored here and if you do, you can just hop on a metro and reach the city centre in a few minutes. The exterior studio for rent consists of a fully equipped kitchen corner, a living area with a single bed and a bathroom with a balcony. Even though it's fully furnished, it still offers plenty of empty space for your belongings. To make sure your stay in Milan will be as stress free as possible, all utilities except for Wi-Fi are included in the rent. The area of the apartment s 32m2.
What we liked the most
- This studio is very cosy and spacious - it's fully furnished but it still plenty of extra space.
- The kitchen is hidden in a corner, but it's equipped with everything you might need to prepare a delicious dinner.
- The washing machine is also placed in a separate corner, to avoid getting in your way.
- The bathroom has a balcony which is perfect for drying your clothes.
- The apartment is just seconds away from Abbiategrasso metro, bus and tramway station, so getting to central Milan won't be a problem.
- With all bill except wi-fi included in the rent, your monthly budgeting will be much easier!
Things to keep in mind
- This is an exterior studio apartment, however, it's located in a quiet street so you won't be bothered by any noise.
