La stanza è dotata di letto singolo, armadio 3 ante, scrivania con portaoggetti, comodino, tendaggi, specchio, scarpiera, libreria. I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio.
APPARTAMENTO
Elegante appartamento situato al secondo piano di un edificio storico nel cuore del centro di Modena in posizione strategica e comoda ai servizi. Appartamento signorile con rifiniture di pregio di 321 mq di superficie, luminoso e molto spazioso. È composto da cucina abitabile, 4 bagni tutti completi di doccia e 11 stanze singole finemente arredate. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI, due lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata con doppi fornelli ad induzione.
Tutte le stanze sono moderne, luminose e curate nel minimo dettaglio.
Non sarà richiesta agli inquilini alcuna intestazione di utenze.
