The apartment is located right in the center of the popular Maxvorstadt area on the 3rd floor. The building is originally from the 19th century, but the apartment is newly refurbished. The apartment contains 5 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, a spacious living room, separate kitchen and a sunny balcony facing the back yard.
The closest metro stop Universität is only a 5 minutes walk away. The neighbourhood is one of the liveliest in Munich. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés to try. And if you are looking for cultural attractions, you’ll find many art galleries and museums to choose from. At the same time the area offers a lot of relaxation opportunities as Munich’s largest park the English Garden with its famous Chinese Tower beergarden is just within walking distance.

In your month of arrival, you will only be charged for the days you actually stay.
Documents required (please attach when starting a request):
- ID / passport
- Enrollment certificate (if you are a student)
- Working contract (if you are a professional)
- Landlord recommendation letter (Important: you need to have experience of sharing living space)
- Registration possible
- Check-in time upon request
- Important: A prepayment of the last month along with the security deposit is paid to the landlord prior to check-in.
- No check in on weekends or bank holidays, please coordinate with the landlord!
- For all units in Germany, a membership fee of 150€ for one person, 225€ for two people (one-time payment) needs to be paid directly to the landlord prior to check in.
- Cleaning service: The shared spaces will be cleaned once every 2 weeks + a one-time purchase of linen is included in the room fee (towels, covers, pillow covers).
- Minimum age: 19 years -
Please be aware that Spotahome is an online booking platform. Upon accepting the booking, you are required to pay one month's rent, which will cover your last month's rent. Once the booking is accepted, we will send you the contract with all the necessary details.
