Our apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floor of a beautiful early 20th century building. It has 5 single rooms and 1 double room divided over the 2 floors. The spacious dining and living room is located on the first floor of the apartment and has a fireplace and access to a big terrace. The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a shower and a bathtub and a second one with only a shower.

In your month of arrival, you will only be charged for the days you actually stay.
Documents required (please attach when starting a request):
- ID / passport
- Enrollment certificate (if you are a student)
- Working contract (if you are a professional)
- Landlord recommendation letter (Important: you need to have experience of sharing living space)
- Registration possible
- Check-in time upon request
- Important: A prepayment of the last month along with the security deposit is paid to the landlord prior to check-in.
- No check in on weekends or bank holidays, please coordinate with the landlord!
- For all units in Germany, a membership fee of 150€ for one person, 225€ for two people (one-time payment) needs to be paid directly to the landlord prior to check in.
- Cleaning service: The shared spaces will be cleaned once every 2 weeks + a one-time purchase of linen is included in the room fee (towels, covers, pillow covers).
- Minimum age: 19 years -
Please be aware that Spotahome is an online booking platform. Upon accepting the booking, you are required to pay one month's rent, which will cover your last month's rent. Once the booking is accepted, we will send you the contract with all the necessary details.
