This apartment is located on 2nd floor and has 4 spacious bedrooms facing the courtyard, 2 modern shared bathrooms, a bright living room with lounge area, dining area and a modern open kitchen. The living room has a spacious balcony attached which is facing the south.
It is located in the middle of Maxvorstadt, the cultural heart of the city. There are numerous of nice parks, cafes, restaurants and stores around the corner (Maßmanpark, Skulpturenpark Pinatothek, Glyptotek, Barerstraße, Türkenstraße).

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
