Totalmente nueva a estrenar, todo es nuevo, consta de un amplio salón cocina, equipado con horno, lavavajillas, microondas, placa de inducción, extractor de humos muy potente y con aire acondicionado, dos habitaciones de matrimonio con cerradura propia y armarios empotrados, además ambas camas de matrimonio son con canapé elevable para poder almacenar en su interior, una de las habitaciones dispone de aire acondicionado, además tenemos una tercera habitación libre para poder equiparla a su gusto.
