"Propietario alquila un magnífico piso. \*\*se puede alquilar por temporadas cortas durante los meses de junio, julio y agosto, consultar precio\*\*\*\* \*\*\*Importante: visto en persona gusta mas que en fotos\*\*\*\* \*\*\* alquiler "solo a personas que sean serias y cuidadosas "\*\*\* \*\*\*Ideal para chicas estudiantes\*\*\* parada directa autobus a UCAM, en la puerta \*\*\*IMPORTANTE: actualmente ha una cama en cada dormitorio con una amplia mesa de estudio y sillon, flexo, papelera, internet por fibra, buena velocidad, sin cortes\*\*\*\*\*
Buen edificio, techos altos (3 metros), según catastro 115 m2 / La vivienda es toda exterior y super luminosa (en las fotos no se aprecia). Vistas a Avenida Floridablanca. Difícil encontrar viviendas donde entre más luz por sus enormes ventanales.
Sentado en el salón se visualiza la catedral y el monte. Aire acondicionado, todo prácticamente a estrenar, a 12 minutos de Gran Vía/Catedral de Murcia. 4 dormitorios, buen salón perfectamente configurado, preciosa decoración. Pintura lisa en zonas de paso y salón, parqué. Se entrega completamente equipado y amueblado.
Colchones nuevos y muy cómodos 25 cem de grosor (con funda y protector), baños, vajillas, cocina, pequeños electrodomésticos, lavavajillas, frigorífico, microondas, todas las habitaciones tienen escritorios nuevos con flexo y papeleras, alfombras, estores, cuadros decorativos etc (todo casi a estrenar).
Calentador de 100 litros con sistema de rápido calentamiento lo que permite que se puedan duchar varias personas simultáneamente.
Tiene terraza superior, común, muy accesible, con tendedero de ropa
Iluminación con luces leds con varias posibilidades de iluminación: intensa, de lectura, indirecta, lo que propicia un estar muy agradable. Muy bien climatizado con aparato nuevo mitsubishi en salón y ventiladores automáticos con mando a distancia programable, en los dormitorios. Super luminoso. Todas las habitaciones exteriores. Enormes cristaleras. Vistas a Floridablanca. No tiene ninguna edificación que impida la vista en todas direcciones. Super silencioso por la altura y y por la instalación de cristales dobles.
Está ubicado en la nueva zona de Murcia, (próxima al ave), a 10' del centro, Gran Via, Universidad, catedral etc... que contempla la llegada del tranvía, amplias avenidas y zonas de esparcimiento etc.
El edificio es muy bueno, con entrada cuidada, estupendos vecinos, muchos de ellos residentes de Murcia desde hace años. Estación a 200 metros. Próximo supermercados Mercadona y Día, Burguer King, farmacias, bancos, confiterías etc. 7ª Planta. Ascensor. Amueblado.
