Student room in the heart of Murcia, ideal for international university students (mostly Erasmus). Great location with very easy access to buses going to UCAM and UMU. You will share the flat with other students in a friendly, respectful environment. An official rental contract is provided for every student, and we can also issue a residence certificate if needed. The apartment is bright and recently renovated, with new furniture throughout (bed, mattress, desk and wardrobe). Each bedroom is private and lockable. The flat has shared bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for daily life, including microwaves (one with oven function), a kettle, a coffee machine, and a complete set of cookware, dishes and utensils. Appliances available include a washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner.
