Se alquila a chica estudiante o personal sanitario habitación luminosa y espaciosa con baño en suite. A cinco minutos de la facultad de ciencias de la salud y hospital Virgen de la Arrixaca. Todos los servicios disponibles alrededor. Muy bien comunicada con la ciudad de Murcia a sólo diez min en coche. Si eres estudiante en el campus de la UMU en Espinardo o de la UCAM, ten en cuenta que el viaje en transporte público tarda mas de una hora. El casero vive en casa con su familia, también tienen un perro, debido a que es nuestro domicilio no están permitidas visitas a la inquilina. Es muy aconsejable hablar español/ingles
