Apartamento sencillo para estudiantes, con tres habitaciones dobles de uso individual, baño y aseo, cocina equipada con zona de lavado, salón y pequeño balcón. HABITACIÓN CON CERRADURA.
Buscamos estudiantes limpios y responsables para que haya buena convivencia. LAS FIESTAS NO ESTÁN PERMITIDAS.
Durante los meses de verano ( julio, agosto) el contrato puede ser de un mes. Para el curso escolar contrato desde septiembre a junio, es decir, diez meses.
Junto al edificio hay parada de bus para el Campus de Espinardo y Campus UCAM. Para ir al Campus La Merced se va andando.
Precio: doscientos noventa y cinco más cuarenta euros = Trescientos treinta y cinco € (consumo responsable de agua y electricidad, electricidad incluida veinte €/mes por habitación). A la llegada se firma contrato de alquiler, depósito/fianza: trescientos treinta y cinco euros.
