It is located twenty minutes by metro from the center of Naples and a few km from the motorway exits, and a ten minute walk from the beach. It is located in the heart of the archaeological zone, with famous ancient spas and modern thermal facilities just a few steps from the sea. From the port of Pozzuoli (two km) ferries leave for the islands and guided boat tours to the submerged city of Baia. A few meters from the villa there are famous pizzerias and restaurants serving typical cuisine. Parking space available free of charge.
