Furnished 1-bedroom apartment on Via Pellegrini.
Very small but very beautiful room in the heart of the historic city center , mezzanine bed not suitable for tall people and in any case not for couples, second bed under the staircase private bathroom,fridge and independent heating.Private entrance.Situated next to Piazza Dante Alighieri - Toledo Street ,it is at 10 minutes walking from seafront and 2 min from all metro lines and Decumani. The room is provided by little kitchen corner,there are no balconies but only a small condominium window
What we liked the most
The unique element is the very central location. it is an extremely autonomous solution with its own entrance from the hallway, nothing is shared with anyone!
Things to keep in mind
The room is very small and mezzanine.
For stays longer than one month, a one-month security deposit is required and is payable to the owner on the day of check in
