La casa è stata ristrutturata nel 2021. E' a circa 250 metri dalla Metro ed è in un quartiere popolare ricco di negozi, servizi e molto frequentato da turisti. Il vantaggio è che è sita in una strada senza uscita per cui non c'è il traffico di auto, ma l'accesso è possibile ai motorini.
Abbiamo un piccolo salone con divano ed angolo Tv, un bagno con doccia; un'ampia stanza letto con letto matrimoniale, un comò, due conmodini e due armadi; una cucina con tavolo e 4 sedie. Inoltre sono presenti posate, bicchieri, pentole, piano ad induzione, clima, lavasciuga ed aspirapolvere. Il prezzo per una persona è 600. Se si è in due, è 700
