The room is very comfortable and big, with all kind of furniture and amenities. Very close to shopping center AZZURRO and very close to University Federico II. The area is very safe and well connected with public transportation. I always keep a great enviroment and and a peaceful situation offering the best experience. Always present for any kind of help and constant maintance to keep the house super functional and comfortable. Contract recorded with any kind of benefit including residence. Internet fibra ottica, very fast and included in the price.
