I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio.
APPARTAMENTO
Situato nella zona Ospedaliera, ottima zona per l'Università di Medicina della Federico II. La zona é ricca di attività commerciali, bar, ristoranti, farmacie e ospedali. I trasporti pubblici quali metropolitana Fermata Colli Aminei e bus distano pochi minuti a piedi. L'immobile ha una superficie di 84mq composto da 3 ampie camere - cucina - bagno, posto a un terzo piano con ascensore di un palazzo signorile con portiere. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata, e le camere hanno arredamento completo.
Questa zona molto sicura e residenziale, é la zona adatta per chi non ama il caos del centro storico. Questa area è l'ideale per gli studenti dell' Università Di Medicina e dai giovani dottori o personale ospedaliero. La Zona é molto servita, vicina a tutti i principali servizi come supermercato e negozi di vario genere, palestre, farmacie, ristornati, pubs, bar. Le fermate dell'autobus e metrò ne sono molteplici, che offrono la possibilità di raggiungere le varie zone di Napoli in meno di 30 minuti.
