La stanza è stata ristrutturata e arredata appositamente per offrire comfort e comodità ai nostri studenti. I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio.

IMPORTANT: the Landlord can only accept either semestral or annual bookings
For bookings the second semester: if a contract ends before than 31/08, the rent needs to cover up the amount of the missing rent(s). Example, if you book until end of July, the amount of August needs to be covered by an increase in the rent in the other months.
IMPORTANT: For Erasmus students there will be a deposit of one month rent to pay in addition to the the administration fees. The Deposit will be used to pay the last month's rent.
Payment method: bank transfer
- The admin fee cost is required after booking confirmation and includes the following services
- Contract registration tax and stamps (++what is this?++)
- Spese condominiali (building fees)
- TARI (refuse collection tax) (++what is this?++)
- Final cleaning of the room
- Wall painting after check-out
- Check in: between 9 and 17 during weekdays, no possibility to check in during week-ends or bank holidays
