Lovely studio perfect for two people, enjoying a very sunny location, located in a residential area connected by bus and 10 minutes walk from Piazza Carlo III. Recently renovated, the accommodation is complete with every comfort and the terrace with outbuilding is ideal for spending evenings in total relaxation and sheltered from the summer heat. The outbuilding also has a fitness corner with exercise bikes and mat, for those who never want to give up staying in shape!
The space
The 30 sqm accommodation is located on the first floor of a building with elevator with ramp (there is a step at the entrance) and consists of the following:
KITCHENETTE equipped with electric hob, mini fridge with freezer, moka, electric kettle and microwave
LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa and TV 26"
SLEEPING AREA with pull-out double bed and wardrobe
BATHROOM with toilet, bidet and shower
TERRACE with table and chairs x2
DEPENDANCE with table and benches, sofa, chest of drawers and electric exercise bike
