This spacious apartment, which is a 2 minute walk to the beaches of La Reserve and Park Vigier is fully furnished including a nice piano and two cats and features 2 living rooms, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a traditional kitchen and a fabulous balcony set in gardens with views of the sea. The property welcomes all genders, including professionals, couples, families, students, and Erasmus participants.
