This spacious apartment, which is a 2 minute walk to the beaches of La Reserve and Park Vigier is fully furnished including a nice piano and two cats and features 2 living rooms, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a traditional kitchen and a fabulous balcony set in gardens with views of the sea. The property welcomes all genders, including professionals, couples, families, students, and Erasmus participants. Located just off the port, in the Mont Boron area of Nice, this apartment is close to many attractions.
