L’appartement est calme, bien agencé et optimisé. Il n'y a pas de salon commun, ce qui garantit une grande tranquillité au quotidien. Vous partagez la cuisine, la Sdb et les wc séparés avec la propriétaire. Accès à la loggia.
Une femme de ménage intervient une fois par semaine dans les parties communes.
La chambre équipée d'un lit double, avec un linge de lit, d'un grand bureau avec lampe, d'un fauteuil et d'un grand ventilateur de plafond silencieux.
La fenêtre donne sur un balcon végétalisé, avec une vue brisée pour garantir votre entière intimité. Il y a une moustiquaire à la fenêtre.
Un très grand placard intégré et aménagé, une bibliothèque et un petit meuble de nuit.
Attention : il n'y a pas de connexion internet.
