Additionally, the Saint-Roch tram station is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. It is available only for mobility leases (30 days minimum).

The living area features an incredibly comfortable sofa that easily converts into a double bed with hotel-quality linens and a television. A room fan is also available for your comfort.

The dining area offers a table that seats two. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils needed to prepare your meals, including a microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and espresso machine.

The bathroom comes with a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The studio is professionally cleaned between stays to ensure your utmost comfort.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
