• No smoking inside the premises • No pets allowed • Please do not throw paper, wipes, or sanitary products in the toilet • Kindly keep the shower drain free from hair to avoid blockages • Please descale the kettle and coffee machine regularly using white vinegar • Do not leave food leftovers in the fridge, oven, or on countertops for long periods • Please clean pots, pans, cooking surfaces, and the oven after use, especially from grease • Turn on the water heater only when needed and avoid leaving it on unnecessarily for environmental and safety purposes • Please switch off A/C units, lights, and electrical appliances when leaving the flat • Avoid excessive noise, especially during late evening and early morning hours, out of respect for neighbours • Any damage or maintenance issue should be reported promptly • Kindly keep the flat reasonably clean and ventilated during your stay to avoid humidity and odors • Please do not move or remove furniture without prior permission • Guests beyond the agreed occupancy are not permitted without prior approval
