The flat is on the first floor of a one story listed house. It is a close to the modern business centre of Nicosia, the European University and a short walk from old Nicosia. The flat has also an amazing roof terrace where you can enjoy the mild nights of Cyprus all year round. It is accessible by many bus routes. You will feel like in a quiet village surrounded by lush nature despite being right in the city centre.
The AVENUE room is twelve square meters featuring a small balcony overlooking the picturesque streets of the neighborhood. It has wooden floors, A/C, a bed, a desk, a closet and shelves. Bedlinen, quilts and towels are provided. The flat has a spacious kitchen, a lounge, a bathroom with toilet and shower and an additional ironing/closet room.
The rent includes internet, a weekly cleaning and all charges (excluding electricity). Electricity has to be paid extra on a monthly basis by all the tenants.
