This cosy and bright ROOM offers a queen size bed ( 120*190), a large terrace and air conditioning in the room. The room door can be locked.
IDEAL LOCATION: Coliving is located in via Turazza 48 very close to the universities (4-5 minutes by bike) and the hospital, and convenient to the city centre (10 minutes by bike) and the railway station (10 minutes by bike). Well Served by public transport ( bus).
The environment is modern, quiet and friendly. In the coliving there are 14 rooms, most of them with private bathroom.
All rooms feature private Air Conditioning system, super confy 25cm memory foam matress, electric shutters, common kitchen and laundry, terraces, park. Most of the rooms benefit of a wonderful terrace on the park and the river!
The coliving is supervised by a facility manager who will handle any issues.
