IMPORTANT: After your booking is confirmed, please make sure to upload your ID (front and back) or your passport in you Tenant profile. Once the landlord has all your documents, he'll ask you to sign the contract and pay the deposit and the admin fee to complete the process.

Please notice that bedrooms will be cleaned anytime the tenants change, however the cleaning of the common rooms are responsibility of the tenants living in the flat.
In addition, please remind, after booking confirmation and after having signed the contract, to schedule your check-in via the landlord's app. Check-ins can be arranged 48-72 hours after the signing of the rental contract. The check-in will be scheduled according landlord's availability, probably, but not necessarily, in the move-in date of the reservation.
