La breve distante dalla città (circa 8 km) e la presenza di un servizio bus frequente con il centro della città (bus 806 ogni 30 minuti) consente di abitare la casa anche nel periodo invernale, godendo della vista del mare.
la casa è dotata di ogni comfort (riscaldamento, aria condizionata, internet, lavatrice etc.) ed è stata ristrutturata nel dicembre 2025.
Ideale per chi ama la tranquillità e lo sport e vuole abitare vicino la città, ma di fronte la mare.
