Vicinissimo alla spiaggia e al paese di Mondello, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi o con il sevizio navetta gratuito nei mesi estivi. Parcheggio riservato. Wifi veloce incluso.
La casa è perfetta per chi è in Smart working o per studiare: il contesto è silenzioso e la vista sul mare è incantevole !!!
