Ce charmant appartement avec une belle vue sans vis-à-vis donnant sur parc, est parfait pour un étudiant ou un professionnel en déplacement recherchant calme et paix durant son séjour à Paris, ou un voyage d'affaire au format « séjour courte durée ». Vous n'avez qu'à poser vos valises ! Le centre de business de La Défense n'est qu'à quinze minutes à pied, avec le métro (ligne un) et un connexion par train rapide au coeur de Paris à une vingtaine de minutes de la Gare Saint Lazare. La rue Parmentier est proche de tous commerces et transports, à deux pas de l'île de la Jatte, de Neuilly, des bords de Seine et du bois de Boulogne.

This cozy 1 bedroom, third floor apartment has a total floor area of 22 square meters – perfect for a student or professional seeking peace and quiet during their stay in Paris. The apartment has been recently decorated in a clean, modern style and the large, exterior windows let in plenty of daylight. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The La Défense business center is only a 15 minute walk away, and has both a metro (line 1) and a fast train connection to the lively center of Paris.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
