The apartment has central heating and wood floors throughout, and features a luminous living room with a small balcony and a beautiful view on the neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities and the 2nd bedroom is utilized as a laundry room. The bathroom is modern and includes a spacious shower. This property is wonderful for couples or small families.
What Vaugirard lacks in tourist attractions, it makes up for with convenience, beauty, and tranquility. Vaugirard is quiet and primarily residential, but has various metro stops, shops, and restaurants.
