Observatoire, or the 14th arrondissement, is a lively area that is situated to the south-west of Paris's city centre. There are several bars, restaurants, cafes, and sporting facilities near the property to keep tenants entertained whilst they are living in Paris. The property is just 7 minutes from the infamous Catacombs, and Mouton-Duvernet metro station is 2 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- Mouton-Duvernet metro station is just around the corner.
- In the living room there is a sofa that converts into a double bed.
- Gare Montparnasse, one of the largest train stations in Paris, is a 22-minute walk from the apartment.
- The apartment is freshly repainted and is therefore clean and bright.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a building which does not have an elevator.
