This cute and cosy 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on the 3rd floor of a a building on Passage de Gustave Lepeu in Popincourt. The apartment is compact but well furnished and includes both a washer and dryer. There is a comfortable sofa and a small desk / dining table, and the bedroom is on a mezzanine level, maximising space.
You will be living on a pretty street close to Boulevard Voltaire, This is an attractive and popular area of the city, with a lot of bars and restaurants nearby, and lots of little parks to enjoy some greenery. There is a Carrefour Express supermarket just around the corner, and lots of other useful amenities on Boulevard Voltaire.
What we liked the most
- You will have access to a private washer and dryer.
- The bathroom is very clean and modern.
- There are lots of amenities nearby.
- The street the apartment is located on is very pretty and charming.
Things to keep in mind
- The mezzanine bedroom may be difficult to access for some.
- Although bed linens and towels are not provided, you can request them for a fee.
