This apartment is on Rue des Peupliers in the 13th arrondissement, an area known for being a local neighborhood with friendly neighbors and lots of green areas. There are various small parks nearby and the larger Parc Kellermann just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. You are well-connected by public transportation and are surrounded by plenty day-to-day amenities.
