Spotahome's opinion

This newly renovated apartment on Rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud has a fully equipped and very modern kitchen with everything you will need to prepare a meal, and a large living area with a sofa bed to host guests. There is a balcony with access from both the living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed and a desk, and is full of natural light from the glass balcony doors.

Situated in the 11th arrondissement, you will be living in one of Paris's most cultural areas. Even though the apartment is in a central location, there are a lot of green areas nearby. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés around the property with a huge variety of French and foreign cuisine. There are many shops located on the streets outside the apartment, and there is also a fresh food market nearby which is open on Tuesdays and Fridays.

What we liked the most

  • The property is very contemporary throughout as it is newly renovated.
  • The balcony, with access from both the living room and the bedroom, is large and lets in a lot of natural light.
  • The Metro is just outside your door so you will be well connected to the rest of the city.
  • The neighborhood is home to some of Paris's cultural hot spots as well as offering many green and open spaces.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen does not come equipped with an oven but there is a microwave.
