Enjoy our large, typically Parisian flat (mouldings, fireplace, original parquet flooring) with high ceilings (four and a half metres throughout). Each room (bedroom, study, living room, kitchen, bathroom) has a balcony and a two-metre-high double window. Seven double windows in all. Exceptional light. Ideal location (just opposite the Cadet metro station, rue Le Fayette). We live here most of the year, so the flat is perfectly equipped and decorated (including exceptional bedding with king-size bed, home cinema, Devialet speaker system, etc.). The sofa in the living room is convertible (very comfortable), so you can sleep up to four people comfortably. The monthly rent includes all utilities: electricity, Wi-Fi, etc. (based on thirty days). As an option, for an extra two hundred euros on the monthly rent, you can also add one two-and-a-half-hour cleaning session per week (with our regular cleaner), for a total of ten hours cleaning per month.
