A fresh and modern 30m², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Rue Pierre Melusson in upscale Colombes. This bright pad has a large living room with a nice leather sofa, wooden floors, a dining area and patio doors looking out into a garden. There's also a kitchen corner with an electric stove and a microwave. Upstairs there is a mezzanine bedroom with a big double bed.
You will be living on Rue Pierre Melusson in the peaceful and rather bourgeois area of Colombes in the north of the city. With two train stations within a 10-minute walk, getting into central Paris is a breeze.
What we liked the most
- We love the view onto the quiet garden.
- The living room is spacious so you'll be able to invite friends over.
- The patio doors let in plenty of light.
- The mezzanine bedroom is a cool feature, and there's a big double bed.
Things to keep in mind
- The stairs to the bedroom are quite steep.
- There is a common laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
