Spotahome's opinion
This is a charming 1-bedroom apartment located in a great area of Paris on the 5th floor. The kitchen is luminous and spacious, fully equipped with a washing machine, a multifunction microwave and large fridge with freezer compartment. Plates and cutlery are also available for use. There is a separate toilet and an en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom. There is plenty of storage in the corridor and throughout the apartment, and TVs in both the living room and the bedroom.
The apartment is located in the 12th arrondissement, right next to Bois de Vincennes, the largest public park in Paris. It is also near Gare de Bercy. Within a short 5-minute walk, you can reach a Carrefour supermarket, as well as plenty of local stores and cafés.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is spacious and gets plenty of natural light.
- There is a toilet room separate from the bathroom.
- Pets are allowed.
- The largest public park in Paris is just 10 minutes away!
Things to keep in mind
- The landlord is looking for calm, quiet tenants, as this is a nice residential area.
