This one-bedroom apartment in the 17th arrondissement is perfect for couples looking to stay in the city centre. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Arc de Triomphe), good restaurants and shops, and the Pont Cardinet station is just 5 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Bright and tastefully decorated, this 32 m² lovely attic apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as the Arc of Triomphe! It is located on the 4th floor, which is accessible by stairs from the 3rd floor.
This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a low table and two chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a microwave with an oven option. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Other things to note The WC is equipped with a sanibroyeur, and only toilet paper should be disposed of in it. A trash bin for other items is provided on the side of the toilet. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a penalty of 100€ charged to the guest.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
