This one-bedroom apartment in the 5th arrondissement is perfect for couples looking to stay in the city center. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Panthéon), good restaurants and shops, and the Censier-Daubenton metro station is just 8 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Situated on the 5th floor with an elevator, this modern and tastefully decorated 55m² apartment is conveniently located near various top attractions in Paris, such as the Panthéon!
This apartment features an open floor plan. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a dining table for two, and a desk. Additionally, a private balcony allows fresh air to flow in.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove and a microwave. The apartment also includes a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The bedroom boasts a king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort (There is the possibility of separating it into two single beds).
You'll find all the amenities in the bathroom, including towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
