Spotahome's opinion

This is a very nice 1-bedroom apartment with plenty of space to settle in. There is a large window in living room that provides a lot of natural sunlight. The wooden floors are another beautiful feature of this charming apartment.

This apartment is very near Champ de Mars, where you can view the Eiffel Tower. There are also many shops, bars, and cafe's nearby that you can walk to. The building has a courtyard area where you can store a bike if you wish. It is also right next to a metro station, so you will be very well-connected to the rest of the city from this location.

What we liked the most

  • This is a great central location with plenty of amenities within walking distance, so you can run most of your errands on foot.
  • The entire apartment is fully furnished and will make you feel right at home from the first day.
  • In this central location, you are very near to many famous and iconic sites, like the Eiffel Tower, that you can visit anytime you wish!

Things to keep in mind

  • The living room window looks out over the metro track, so there is a bit of noise.
