This 1-bedroom apartment for rent offers a bright and luxurious home in an area that is residential and calm. The apartment faces into an internal courtyard with large windows which lets in lots of light. The living area has a nice big couch, TV and coffee table. There is a internal window between the living room and kitchen which has a breakfast bar and dinning table. Within the kitchen, you have the washer, oven, and a large fridge/freezer. It is decorated in a nice brick-red and white color. The bathroom has a shower unit, mirror, sink and toilet. The bedroom is spacious with a double bed, built-in wardrobe with full length mirrors, a desk and bedside tables.
The apartment is located in Issy-les-Moulineaux, a town to the south west of Paris. The apartment is well-connected to the city by bus and metro, and also has a train station nearby. There is also the large Parc Fréderic Pic just minutes away where you can have a nice picnic in the weekend or chase some ducks around the small lake in the middle. A Lidl is located on 1 Avenue de la Paix for all your grocery needs.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is spacious and does not have a cramped feeling.
- The internal window allows you to cook and watch TV at the same time.
- The living room is fully furnished with leather sofas, an elegant rug, a square dining table, and a flat-screen TV.
- The apartment is just a 15-minute walk to a metro station and then a 15-minute ride to Paris city center.
