This beautiful 1-bedroom apartment is bright and cosy. The large window allow sunlight to enter the open concept living room and kitchen area. There is a bar-height counter top with two bar stools separating the kitchen and living room, making this a social and comfortable area. In the living room, you will find a sofa and flat screen television where you can unwind and watch your favourite series. This apartment also has a lovely balcony with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee or have your meals in the fresh air.
This apartment is in a very well-connected location, with the Porte de Vanves metro station, as well as several bus stops and tram stops within a 5-10 minute walk from your front door. You will find many shops and restaurants close-by, such as the highly rated Walczak François, which is only a 4-minute walk from this apartment, and sits right across from the Park Georges-Brassens. Speaking of which, you will love living so close to this large and green park, where you can take advantage of the walking paths or sit by the lake for a cosy picnic.
