What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Appartement entièrement rénové . Mise à jour du parquet d'origine qui était perdu d’après "les spécialistes" un chêne huilé et un peu fragile ce qui empeche les animaux de compagnie malheureusement de profiter du lieu . J'y ai passé presque deux ans, cassé des murs, refait électricité etc. Les rangements et meubles ont été réalisés sur mesure en Acacia. La salle de bain est atypique aussi avec un plan de travail bois et des rangements en plaqué chêne . Bref beaucoup de bois et quelques unes de mes oeuvres photographiques au mur. Le quartier contrairement à ce qui est annoncé n'est pas Belleville mais Ménilmontant, ca n est pas la même chose... tout proche de l’Église Notre Dame de la Croix et de la place Maurice chevalier . C'est calme, peu de voiture et pleins de commerçants et cafés & bars très chouette. L'un des meilleurs resto italien du monde (je suis trés sérieux sur le sujet ;-)
