This 1-bedroom apartment on Rue de Roumainville, in Porte de Lilas, comes fully furnished including a double bed, washing machine and television. The 48 m² property has a living area with a sofa bed, equipped kitchen, and a nicely tiled bathroom with a rainshower.
The apartment is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood that has all the amenities you could need during your stay. Beautiful Parc de la Butte du Chapeau Rouge is located nearby, and you will find a movie theatre, supermarket, and a public swimming pool within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has been recently renovated.
- The modern bathroom offers storage space for towels and toiletries.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- The living area is furnished with a dining table and television.
- Charlotte the homechecker told us that she has the same sofa bed in her house and it is very comfortable!
- The metro stops just 3 minutes away.
