Une cuisine entièrement équipée (plaques, micro-ondes, machine à café, bouilloire, ustensiles…) pour préparer vos repas. La salle de bain dispose d’une douche, de WC et du nécessaire (serviettes, savon, shampoing). La mezzanine offre un espace nuit confortable. La station Belleville (métro lignes deux et onze) est à moins de deux minutes à pied, et vous permet de rejoindre facilement République, Hôtel de Ville, Châtelet, ou encore Montmartre 🎭. Les stations Goncourt et Couronnes sont également accessibles à pied. Le quartier est très bien desservi, ce qui en fait un excellent point de départ pour découvrir tout Paris. Le studio est idéal pour une personne seule/ un couple ou entre amis. Compte tenu de la présence de l’escalier raide menant à la mezzanine (sans barrière de sécurité ni rambarde), il n’est pas le plus adapté aux enfants ni aux bébés. Quartier à la fois dynamique et chaleureux ❤️. On y croise des artistes, des familles, des voyageurs… et chacun y trouve son bonheur : 🌿 Pour se balader : les quais du Canal Saint-Martin sont tout proches, parfaits pour une promenade ou un verre en terrasse.
