This 2-bedroom apartment on Passage des Entrepreneurs, Paris's 15th arrondissement, covers an area of 54 m² and can accommodate up to 5 tenants. The fully furnished property is beautifully decorated and has 1 bathroom and a charming open plan kitchen and living area with a television, dining table, and sofa.
The apartment is located right by Commerce Metro station, and a 20-minute walk from Champ de Mars and the Seine River. This lively area offers plenty to see and do, including cafes, stores and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has lovely wooden floors and receives good natural light.
- Bedroom 2 has 3 single beds.
- The living area is stylishly furnished and very cozy.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- The bathroom has a bathtub and is tiled.
- The apartment is close to transport and amenities.

Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but there is a microwave.
To access the second room, the tenant can only access the first room, both rooms are connected with one access only!
